To develop physical fitness by maintaining components as speed, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance etc.

To develop an understanding and the importance of sport in the pursuit of a healthy and active lifestyle.

Games period is given in the time table of each class. The students go on the school ground regularly to play out door games, mass PT is conducted weekly once.

Students are sent in various Interschool & Intra School Sports Events.
▪
Yoga classes are regularly conducted as per the time table given to the students.
