The students of City International School, Wanowrie, Pune, went on a field trip to Parvati, Pune on 20th December 2018. They performed a street play in front of Peshwa Museum there raising concerns about ‘Heritage Conservation and Preservation’ and made an effort to stir up the audience with general awareness regarding importance of preservation of tourist places. The team included students of grades 7th and 8th . It was a very good experience for the students of creating awareness amongst the masses.
The street play depicting environmental and historic awareness had really touched the hearts of the audience. The involvement of the prestigious school for such a noble cause is highly appreciable. Overall the act was excellent and very well executed by the students. The students received encouraging and overwhelming responses from the audience.
